Down and out to record months in 120 days.

How I turned it around

Hey Engineers,

Last year was so tough I nearly packed in this whole agency thing (multiple times).

Budgets were slashed.
Deals were harder to land.
Keeping clients felt like a mission.

By December I was nearly done with the whole thing. Tbh, the end of the year came just in time for me to at least plan the next year and rekindle some of that spark I used to have.

And I came to a realisation in the final weeks of the year that’s since helped me add $35K in monthly revenue to my agency and hit a record month this April.

It’s a mindset shift that you need to make if you want make exponential progress in your business - not just cute little incremental jumps each time.

(I don’t know about you, but I want to make considerable progress every quarter. The month on month incremental improvements are helpful, but you’re left with this constant frustration of ‘I could be doing more, moving faster, going bigger’.

My Realisation

So anyway, the mindset shift…

I learnt it from a client and mentor of mine - they said the thing most entrepreneurs are too afraid to admit to themselves:

As a founder of a small business ($0-$10M), you have to DRAG your business to the place you want it.

I don’t care what anyone says, if you’re the founder of a small agency, you’re gonna be the guy or girl to single-handedly drag that business to where you want it to be.

There isn’t a new system that generates leads without effort.
These magic ‘A Players’ are great, but they won’t do it.
There’s no silver bullet.

You’ve just gotta out-right grind your way to the position you want.

Essentially becoming ‘That Guy’. Dog mentality if you like.

Call me a hustle bro or whatever you want, but it’s the truth - and I’m proof.

Here’s the thing…

When you adopt this mindset, things start to change…

  1. You wake up with motivation AND disciple

Motivation tends to be fleeting, but it’s powerful when you have it.

Discipline is more long lasting and is what you fall back on.

Knowing you’re responsible for this thing gives you both.

  1. Confidence goes through the roof

When you tell yourself you’re That Guy, you realise you can do anything.

Sales call with a big client? Gonna nail it.

Problem with a client? No stress you’ll sort it.

You smash through any obstacle in your way.

  1. Speed of execution increases

Fact: Most people move too slowly.

When something you care about rests on your shoulders, you won’t delay.

Instead of pissing around waiting for someone or something else, you just get it done.

And with all of this, you get this unshakeable impression that you’ll ‘make it work’. And trust me, you’re capable of waaaay more than most people have you think is possible.

The most important promises you’ll ever make are the ones you make to yourself.

So make the promise that you’ll be the one to control your future over the next few months.

Invest in yourself.
Learn your way to the next level.
Surround yourself with people ahead of you.

And put in the work.

I’m literally giving away the entire formula… templates, strategy, weekly content updates, exact funnels and scripts - the lot. Plus you have 1 hour every week to workshop your challenges and obstacles with me.

If you join, implement it all and don’t get ROI in 180 days, I’ll refund everything.
